📦 Shipping Information

• Processing Time: All custom print orders are processed within 2–4 working days after artwork confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 5–9 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping Partners: Trusted couriers with tracking support across India.
• Tracking: Tracking link will be shared via SMS or email after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on most pin codes. Phone verification may be required for COD orders.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy (Custom Orders)

Note: Since each T-shirt is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom print items unless:

• You received the wrong product
• The item was damaged in transit
• There is a major printing defect

❗ What’s NOT Eligible for Return:

• You uploaded the wrong design or image
• You selected the wrong size (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
• You changed your mind after placing the order

Our team will assist you in raising a return or exchange request.

🔁 Resolution Timeline

Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
